MILLINGTON, Tenn. -- Harrison Burton is on a roll in 2017, and all the bad luck he suffered in 2016 seems to have fallen by the wayside.
The 16-year-old Huntersville, North Carolina, native won his second race in a row and third of the season on Saturday afternoon at Memphis International Raceway. The 17-year-old rookie and Meridan, Mississippi, native turned a lap of 23.799 seconds (113.450 mph) in the third and final group of qualifying in his No. 17 Bama Buggies Toyota, earning the NASCAR Next driver his first career NASCAR K&N Pro Series East 21 Means 21 Pole Award.> More
MILLINGTON, Tenn. -- Harrison Burton was quickest in NASCAR K&N Pro Series East final practice for the Memphis 125 Presented by AutoZone on Saturday afternoon, turning a fast lap of 112.285 mph (24.046 seconds) around the 3/4-mile asphalt oval.
Burton's fastest lap in the No. 12 DEX Imaging Toyota came on his 36th circuit of the session with only five minutes remaining. Burton currently leads the K&N East points standings, has won two of the last three events and has finished inside the top five in every race this season.> More

SOUTH BOSTON, Va. - Harrison Burton continued his winning ways Saturday night when he won the second WhosYourDriver.org 100 at South Boston Speedway.
With just three laps to go, rookie Chase Purdy, who was on the inside of race leader, Todd Gilliland, jumped the restart and opened the door for 16-year-old Burton to challenge Gilliland for the lead. The Huntersville, N.C., teen was able to pilot his No. 12 DEX Imaging Toyota past Gilliland to earn his second NASCAR K&N Pro Series East victory in a span of two weeks.> More

In only his fourth NASCAR K&N Pro Series East start Cabre, the driver of the No. 4 Max Siegel, Inc. Toyota broke the track record with a lap of 14.711 seconds to sit on the pole for the WhosYourDriver.org Twin 100s. The current points leader following his first series career win at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway, ran a lap of 14.651 seconds to win the one and only practice session this weekend. The 16-year-old's run was .931 seconds ahead of the track record (15.582 seconds) which was set by Danville, Virginia's, Peyton Sellers in 2007.> More
