Gateway To Host K&N Pro In 2018

ST. LOUIS REGION – The NASCAR K&N Pro Series is coming to Gateway Motorsports Park in Madison, Illinois on Friday, August 24, 2018. The inaugural Midwest Melee will be one of only two East-vs.-West combo races scheduled for the 2018 NASCAR season.

The other East-vs.-West combo race will be held at Iowa Speedway.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Derek Kraus had a hard-fought battle to earn the 2017 K&N Pro Series West Sunoco Rookie of the Year title.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- On a night where one Bill McAnally Racing teenager earned his first career win, another earned his second career NASCAR K&N Pro Series West championship.

Derek Kraus won the West Coast Stock Car Hall of Fame Championship 150 presented by NAPA Auto Parts at Kern County Raceway Park for his first career NASCAR K&N Pro Series West victory while Todd Gilliland won the 2017 NASCAR K&N Pro Series West title.

Gilliland Earns Third Pole at Kern

BAKERSFILED, Calif. -- Todd Gilliland and Kern County Raceway Park seem to be a match made in heaven.

Gilliland earned his third career 21 Means 21 pole award at Kern when qualifying concluded from the half-mile California oval on Saturday afternoon for the West Coast Stock Car Hall of Fame Championship 150. The award was also the 17-year-old's third consecutive at Kern, seventh of this season and 13th in his NASCAR K&N Pro Series West career.

Roseville, Ca. -- Michael Self has momentum on his side, and he's showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

The driver of the No. 9 Sunrise Ford/Eibach Springs/Braille Batteries/Sinclair Ford earned his first ever NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Coors Light pole award with a blazing fast lap of 89.383 mph (13.412 seconds) around All American Speedway, breaking the track record. He also was quickest in practice earlier on Saturday and won the previous K&N Pro Series West event at Meridian Speedway in Idaho.
