The NASCAR Whelen All-American season has come to a close, but the action hasn't stopped at NASCAR-sanctioned tracks around North America.

The 33rd Annual Bad Boy Mowers/Everything Attachments Bobby Isaac Memorial 200 was postponed a week, but nothing could slow down Steve Wallace. The son of former NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Rusty Wallace made short work of the Late Model event at Hickory Motor Speedway in Newton, N.C. He put the No. 66 on the pole, overcame a black flag penalty for jumping a restart, and drove back through the field to earn the win.

Dexter Canipe Jr. finished second, followed by Lucas Ransome, Coleman Pressley and Grant Wimbish.

The Limited Late Model division made its debut at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway Sunday for the Made In American Whelen 300 - a 100-lap event that was part of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour/NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour combination race weekend. Fifty-four cars turned out, and Rger Parrish Jr. of Vinton, Va., drove the No. 07 Dooley's Garage Chevrolet to the win. Parrish's home track is Motor Mile Speedway in Radford, Va. Gary Ledbetter finished second and Dannu Willis third.

Nick Joanides of Woodland Hills, Calif., capped his Super Late Model dominance at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale (Calif.), winning the 100-lap non-points event Saturday night. Joanides, who won the track title and finished third in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series national standings, took the lead from former track champion Rip Michels and led the final 99 laps in earning the victory.
