CHECKERED FLAG: ANDREW RANGER SCORES HIS FIRST NASCAR K&N PRO SERIES WEST VICTORY IN THE THUNDER VALLEY CASINO 200 AT INFINEON RACEWAY. JASON BOWLES RUNS OUT OF FULE COMING TO THE FLAG. PAULIE HARRAKA TAKES SECOND, FOLLOWED BY BRANDON DAVIS, ERIC HOLMES, MICHAEL SELF, TODD SOUZA, LUIS MARTINEZ JR, JIM INGLEBRIGHT, MOSES SMITH AND WES BANKS. BOWLES IS STALLED, ABOUT 50 YARDS SHORT OF THE CHECKERED FLAG. RANGER RUNS OUT OF GAS ON THE COOL DOWN LAP AND WILL NEED A PUSH TO VICTORY LANE. THE TWO-TIME NASCAR CANADIAN TIRE SERIES CHAMPION WAS RUNNING HIS FIRST NASCAR K&N PRO SERIES WEST RACE.
WHITE FLAG: Ranger leads Bowles by 1.802 second. Harraka third, followed by Brandon Davis and Holmes. Moses Smith slows off the pace and loses several spots
Lap 63 -- Ranger's lead pushed back to 1.540. Harraka still third, followed by Brandon Davis, Holmes, Moses Smith, Self, Souza, Martinez, and Inglebright
Lap 62 -- Bowles cuts lead to 1.224 - but may not have enough laps left
Lap 61 -- Moses Smith is sixth, followed by Self, Souza, Martinez, Inglebright. Banks is 11th, followed by Ivie, Dave Smith, Boysal and Gomez.
Lap 61 -- Ranger's lead over Bowles is 1.403 and 4.259 over Harraka
Lap 60 -- Koch and Wong are both stalled on pit road
Lap 60 -- Leaders are Ranger, Bowles, Harraka, Brandon Davis and Holmes.
Lap 59 -- Said is also off and pulls on pit road
Lap 58 -- Leaders are now Ranger, Bowles, Said, Harraka, Brandon Davis, Holmes, Moses Smith, Self, Souza and Martinez
Lap 58 -- Ranger continues to run out front and Gilliland is suddenly off the pace
Lap 57 -- Ranger's lead is .582 over Gilliland.
Lap 56 -- Bowles and Said get by Harraka
Lap 56 -- GREEN: Ranger by a nose at the l;ine and he cuts off Gilliland into Turns 1 and 2
Lap 54 -- Leaders are Ranger, Gillialnd, Harraka, Bowles, Said, Moses Smith, Brandon Davis, Holmes, Souza, Koch. Wong in 11th followed by Self, Martinez, Inglebright and Banks. Points leaders are: Mayhew 28th, Holmes 8th, Pursley 31st, Gomez 18th, Combs 27th, Smith 6ht, Koch 10th, Harraka 3rd, Souza 9th, Martinez 13th
Lap 53 -- CAUTION: David Smith turned around in Turn 1. Mayhew is free pass car. He's 28th. Combs has also stalled off the course.
Lap 53 -- Gilliland just pulled over and Harraka jumped to second, still 1.014 behind Ranger.
Lap 52 -- Ranger's lead at .351 over Gilliland. Harraka right in Gilliland's tracks. Bowles, Said, Moses Smith, Brandon Davis, Holmes, Souza and Koch round out top 10.
Lap 51 -- Leaders are Ranger, Gilliland, Harraka, Bowles, Said.
Lap 50 -- Said muscles by Bples to take fourth as they head downhill. Bowles takes it back through the final turns.
Lap 50 -- GREEN: Ranger again by a nose on Gilliland at the line, and this time he grabs the lead through Turns 1 and 2
Lap 48 -- Leaders aer Gilliland, Ranger, Harraka, Bowles, Said, Souza, Holmes, Moses Smith, Brandon Davis, Koch. Self is 11th, followed by Wong, Dave Smith, Martinez and Combs
Lap 47 -- CAUTION: Jackson off course in Turn 2. John Davis is free pass car.
Lap 47 -- Inglebright is off the pace and continues to drop back. He's now 15th. Now he brings it down pit road.
Lap 46 -- Leaders are Gilliland, Ranger, Harraka, Bowles and Said.
Lap 45 -- Holmes slides by Inglebright for seventh. Davis follows and bumps Inglebright back to eighth
Lap 44 -- Harraka tekes over third from Bowles
Lap 44 -- GREEN: Ranger gets a great jump and leads by a nose at the line. Gilliland moves back in front on the uphill
Lap 43 -- Gomez pits again.
Lap 42 -- Leaders are Gilliland, Ranger, Bowles, Said, Harraka, Inglebright, Koch, Souza, Holmes and Moses Smith. Davis is 11th, followed by Dave Smith, Martinez, Self and Boysal. Pursley down pit road and undergoes major work on the front end. Gomez also pits for tires and small body work.
Lap 41 -- CAUTION: Pursley goes around and sustains heavy damage. Makes contact with several cars. Dave Smith and Gomez among those with damage. Holmes may have gotten tagged on side as he slid by.
Lap 41 -- GREEN: Gilliland and Ranger lead the field, followed by Bowles and Harraka. Front row doesn't go, Harraka checks up, and Bowles scrambles. Gilliland gets on the gas.
Lap 39 -- Reminder: the Thunder Valley Casino Resort 200 is scheduled for 64 laps.
Lap 38 -- Mayhew will relinquish free pass to pit to tend to mechanical issues.
Lap 37 -- Leaders are Gilliland, Ranger, Bowles. Harraka, Said, Pursley, Koch, Inglebright, Holmes, Gomez. Smith is 11th, followed by Souza, Smith, Davis and Martinez.
Lap 35 -- CAUTION: Dennis Dyer stopped at the top of the hill. Mayhew is free pass car.
Lap 35 -- Leaders are blowing by Mayhew, who runs 28th and is now a lap down
Lap 35 -- Ermish has pulled off in the same spot at Dyer.
Lap 35 -- Holmes and Inglebright battling for eighth
Lap 34 -- Leaders are Gilliland, Ranger, Bowles, Harraka, Said, Pursley, Koch, Inglebright, Holmes and Gomez.
Lap 33 -- Tom Dyer starts smoking on the downhill and pulls off course on runoff shoot.
Lap 33 -- Said gets by Pursley to take fifth
Lap 32 -- Mayhew is runningh 29th after that pit stop.
Lap 32 -- Harraka, Pursley and Said have all gotten by Koch, who is now seventh
Lap 31 -- Mayhew comes down pit road and takes two right side tires.
Lap 31 -- Bowles takes the spot coming to the line.
Lap 30 -- Bowles right on Koch's back bumper for third
Lap 30 -- Ranger is now second, followed by Koch, Bowles and Harraka
Lap 29 -- GREEN: Koch by a nose at the line; Goes wide through Turns 1 and 2 and Gilliland rolls into the lead.
Lap 28 -- Leaders are Koch, Gilliland, Harraka, Ranger, Pursley, Bowles, Mayhew, Said, Holmes, Davis. Inglebright is 11th, followed by Gomez, Smith, Souza and Martinez.
Lap 27 -- Boysal, Banks, Martinez, Self all pit.
Lap 27 -- Leaders are Koch, Gilliland, Boysal, Banks, Harraka, Ranger, Pursley, Bowles, Mayhew, Martinez. Said is 11th, followed by Holmes, Self, Davis and Inglebright.
Lap 26 -- CAUTION: Jackson is spun in Turn 2 and can't get it going. No free pass car.
Lap 25 -- Gilliland passes Banks for third.
Lap 24 -- Koch inherits the lead. He's followed by Boysal, Banks, Gilliland, Davis, Harraka, Self, Martinez, Bowles, Ranger, Pursley, Mayhew, Holmes, Said and Dennis Dyer,
Lap 23 -- Bowles has gotten by Ranger for position. Davis pits, handing the lead to Self. Koch, Boysal, Banks and Gilliland round out top five.
Lap 23 -- Davis and Tom Dyer pit out of the top five.
Lap 22 -- Gomez pits for fuel.
Lap 21 -- Of the cars that pitted: Gilliland is 12th, followed by Martinez, Harraka, Ranger, Bowles, Pursley, Mayhew, Holmes and Said (20th)
Lap 21 -- Souza and Combs pit.
Lap 20 -- Said, Gilliland and Smith pit. Davis inherits the lead, followed by Ermish, Souza, Self and Tom Dyer.
Lap 19 -- Leaders are Said, Gilliland, Davis, Ermish, Souza, Self, Gomez, Dyer, Smith and Boysal.
Lap 19 -- Mayhew stops for gas, as does Ranger and Inglebright.
Lap 18 -- Dennis Dyer spins off course and into the tires in Turn 3, but gets back on the track with major damage to rear; no yellow.
Lap 17 -- Bowles comes down pit road and turns the lead over to Said
Lap 17 -- Said has taken over second; Pursley pits out of top five spot
Lap 16 -- Inglebright all the way up to seventh
Lap 15 -- Holmes, Martinez and Harraka pit for gas
Lap 15 -- GREEN: Bowles leads Mayhew by a nose at the line
Lap 14 -- Pits are open and Holmes is the only taker among the leaders. He stops for tires.Combs, Koch and Milburn also come in.
Lap 13 -- Early end of the day for Mattias Ekstrom. The Swedish driver of the No. 84 Red Bull Toyota will be filling in for the Brian Vickers No. 83 Red Bull Toyota in Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.
Lap 13 -- Leaders are Bowles, Mayhew, Said, Ranger, Pursley, Gilliland, Davis, Harraka, Martinez, Inglebright, Holmes, Ermish, Souza, Gomez and Self. Smith up to 16th.
Lap 12 -- CAUTION: Ekstrom slides off course in Turn 3 while running 10th
Lap 12 -- Reminder, today's winner locks up a spot in postseason NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown. Harraka and Holmes are the only drivers to do so this year.
Lap 11 -- Smith, who started in the rear because of engine change, is up to 17th
Lap 11 -- Ekstrom is right on Martinez back bumper
Lap 11 -- Bowles has started to pick off lapped cars.
Lap 10 -- Inglebright in 11th, followed by Holmes, Ermish, Gomez and Souza.
Lap 9 -- Davis is seventh, followed by Harraka, Martinez and Ekstrom.
Lap 8 -- Bowles' lead sits at 2.814 over Mayhew, with Said close behind. A second between Said and Pursley and Ranger and Gilliland.
Lap 7 -- Inglebright has gotten by Holmes to take away 11th
Lap 6 -- Ranger hard on the brakes as he looks for a point to pass.
Lap 5 -- Ranger closes in on Pursley, while Harraka gains ground on Gilliland.
Lap 5 -- Leaders are Bowles, Mayhew, Said, Pursley, Ranger, Gilliland, Harraka, Davis, Martinez and Ekstrom. Holmes is 11th
Lap 4 -- Silva is off course briefly; gets rolling and race stays green
Lap 3 -- Ekstrom is followed by Holmes, Inglebright, Ermish, Gomez and Koch.
Lap 3 -- Bowles has opened up a 2.205 second lead over Mayhew. Said is third, followed by Pursley, Ranger, Gilliland, Harraka, Davis, Martinez and Ekstrom.
Lap 2 -- Said falls back and loses second to Mayhew at the line; Pursley, Gilliland, and Ranger in hot pursuit
Lap 1 -- Boris Said makes a quick bid for the lead in Turn 7, but Bowles slams the door
Lap 1 -- GREEN: Jason Bowles jumps to a quick lead and David Mayhew looks to sneak into second.
12:38 p.m. -- Coming to the green
12:33 p.m. -- STRATEGY CALL: Expect leaders to pit early for fuel - race is 64 laps, fuel window is approx. 40. Drivers can take fuel or tires on a pit stop, not both. Some will run the race without changing tires

12:12 p.m. -- The following cars will drop to the back of the field for unapproved adjustments (qualifying spot in parentheses): Tom Dyer (sixth), Dave Smith (19th), Josh Combs (23rd), Johnathan Hale (34th) and Daryl Harr (35th). Moses Smith (20th) will have to fall to the back on the pace laps because of an engine change.

2:36 p.m. -- Jason Bowles wins the Coors Light Pole Award with a lap of 78.127 (91.697 mph). Boris Said is second quickest, followed by David Mayhew and Greg Pursley.
1:50 p.m. -- Qualifying begins.
11:00 a.m. -- Final practice concludes, with David Gilliland turning the fastest lap of the day at 91.704 mph.
10:48 a.m. -- Green flag, practice resumes.
10:43 a.m. -- Caution flag, Daryl Harr stalled in Turn 10.
10:32 a.m. -- Subsequent to an accident during the first practice session, the No. 19 of Auggie Vidovich withdrew from competition.

10:28 a.m. -- Caution flag, Michael Self stalled in Turn 10.
