CHECKERED FLAG: ANDREW RANGER WINS THE K&N 100 AT LIME ROCK PARK FOR HIS FIRST NASCAR K&N PRO SERIES EAST WIN. COLE WHITT FINISHES SECOND, FOLLOWED BY MAX GRESHAM, BRETT MOFFITT, RYAN TRUEX, DARRELL WALLACE JR, EDDIE MACDONALD, JEFF ANTON, MIGUEL PALUDO AND SERGIO PENA. IT IS RANGER'S SECOND K&N PRO SERIES WIN OF THE SEASON AS HE WON THE WEST RACE AT INFINEON RACEWAY IN JUNE, AND HIS FIRST CAREER VICTORY IN EAST COMPETITION.

Lap 64 -- Ranger extends the lead to over 5 seconds
Lap 63 -- Swindell goes off track briefly through the dirt
Lap 63 -- The best battle on the track is between teammates Gresham and Moffitt for third, followed closely behind by Truex.
Lap 62 -- Ranger's lead up to 4.462
Lap 61 -- Swindell gets by J. Smith for 11th. Pena is 13th, followed by Shaw and Duff
Lap 60 -- Leaders are Ranger, Whitt, Gresham, Moffitt, Truex, MacDonald, Wallace, Murphy, Anton, Paludo.
Lap 59 -- Ranger's lead is now nearly 3 seconds. He's on his way to his second straight NASCAR K&N Pro Series road-course win. He won the West race at Sonoma two weeks ago.
Lap 58 -- Truex closes in on Moffitt's back bumper. He may run out of laps without a caution
Lap 57 -- Leaders working their way through lapped traffic
Lap 56 -- Ranger stretches lead to 2.3 over Whitt and by more than 9 seconds over Gresham
Lap 55 -- Leaders are Ranger, Whitt, Gresham, Moffitt, Truex, MacDonald, Wallace, Murphy, Anton and J. Smith; Paludo is 11th, followed by Swindell, Pena, Patison and Shaw
Lap 54 -- Ranger leads Whitt by over 2 seconds. Truex working his way past MacDonald for fifth as he tries to make up for his misstep
Lap 52 -- Whitt goes off course all by himself into the dirt in Turn 1, and Ranegr inherits the lead
Lap 51 -- Gresham has moved into third. Murphy, in seventh, has a puff of smoke. Albarracin being pushed on pit road, a tough end to a strong debut by the Columbian team.
Lap 49 -- Whitt continues to lead Ranger. Moffitt is another two seconds back as he battles teammate Gresham
Lap 48 -- Pena and Swindell go around together while battling for fourth right before the bridge and downhill. They go all the way back to 13th and 14th
Lap 48 -- Truex gets by Paludo
Lap 46 -- Leaders are now Whitt, Ranger, Moffitt, Pena, Gresham, MacDonald, Swindell, Murphy, Paludo and Truex. Truex all over Paludo's back bumper
Lap 46 -- Albarracin goes around in the esses; Duff also goes off course
Lap 45 -- GREEN: Truex goes too too deep into Turn 1 and loses about 10 spots as he goes off course; Whitt takes the lead followed by Ranger, Moffitt and Gresham

Lap 35 -- CAUTION: Germain can't get going and although he's off the track, his nose is pointed toward direction oncoming traffic

Lap 33 -- Leaders are Truex, Ranger, Whitt, Wallace, Albarracin, Moffitt, J. Smith, Gresham, Pena, Duff. Paludo is 11th, followed by MacDonald, Anton, Murphy and Patison.

Lap 31 -- GREEN: Truex outbrakes Ranger into Turn 1 and takes the lead away. Whitt in third, followed by Wallace and Moffitt
Lap 30 -- Leaders are Ranger, Albarracin, Truex, Whitt, Wallace, J. Smith, Moffitt, Duff, Gresham, Pena.
Lap 28 -- CAUTION: Debris in the chicane; Holehouse pulls into the garage
Lap 27 -- J. Smith, Moffitt, Duff, Murphy and Gresham round out top 10.
Lap 27 -- Ranger gets around Albarracin for the lead. Truex, Whitt and Wallace round out top five.
Lap 26 -- Brief smoke from the rear of Ranger's car
Lap 25 -- Ranger has cut Albarracin's lead to under 2 seconds.
Lap 24 -- Swindell comes down pit road and crew is changing left-side tires

Lap 17 -- Rovelo to the garage; Gifford pulls down to pit road
Lap 16 -- Major smoke out of the back of Gifford's car
Lap 14 -- Whitt pulls down pit road for his stop; 16-year-old Albarracin inherits the lead in his first NASCAR start
Lap 13 -- Whitt's lead over Albarracin is up to over 6 seconds

Lap 10 -- Leaders continue to pit for gas. Ranger hands lead to Whitt
Lap 8 -- MacDonald and Gresham come down pit road for gas
Lap 6 -- Gifford comes down pit road
Lap 5 -- Kobyluck spins before the esses, into the grass. Gets it going and back on track
Lap 5 -- Leaders are Ranger, Kobyluck, Truex, Moffitt, Swindell, Whitt, Albarracin, Gresham, MacDonald
Lap 3 -- Bell to the garage
Lap 2 -- No change in the top three as Moffitt, Kevin Swindell, Julian Albarracin, Whitt, Max Gresham, Eddie MacDonald and Jason Holehouse round out the top 10.
Lap 1 -- Ranger leads Matt Kobyluck by nearly half a second as Ryan Truex crosses the line third. Whitt is all the way back to eighth.
2:15 p.m. -- GREEN FLAG: Andrew Ranger leads Cole Whitt at the line to get the K&N 100 underway.
2:13 p.m. -- The cars of Sergio Pena (engine change), Mackena Bell (back-up car), Jason Patison (engine change) and Miguel Paludo (unapproved adjustments) will fall to the rear of the field prior to the start.
2:11 p.m. -- The cars are rolling off the grid.
2:07 p.m. -- The start command has been given.
1:50 p.m. -- Dale Quarterley, crew member for Jeff Anton and former K&N Pro Series East regular, has won the Whelen Modified Tour race at Lime Rock. K&N Pro Series East is on schedule for a 2:15 p.m. green flag.
11:30 a.m. -- Driver autograph session has concluded. Next up: green flag at 2:15 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. -- The K&N Pro Series East garage is open. Fair skies and 63 degrees at the track.
5:40 p.m. -- Andrew Ranger has earned his first career NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Coors Light Pole Award. Ranger posted a fast lap in the final session of 55.253 seconds to take the pole. Cole Whitt, Matt Kobyluck, Sergio Pena, Ryan Truex, Brett Moffitt, Kevin Swindell, Ruben Rovelo, Miguel Paludo and Julian Albarracin rounded out the top 10 qualifiers. QUALIFYING RESULTS
5:30 p.m. -- One group remains to qualify and Sergio Pena is now on the provisional pole with a fast lap of 55.892 seconds.
5:21 p.m. -- The third group is complete and Kevin Swindell is now on the provisional pole with a fast lap of 56.313 seconds.
5:11 p.m. -- Julian Albarracin was the fastest in the second group at 56.729 seconds.
5:03 p.m. -- D.J. Shaw was the fastest of the first group at 58.828 seconds.
4:55 p.m. -- The first of five groups has rolled off the qualifying grid.
4:35 p.m. -- Qualifying is still on track to commence at 4:55 p.m.
3:30 p.m. -- Qualifying will begin at 4:55 p.m. The qualifying will be NASCAR Road Racing Style with the 28-car field split among five groups. Each group will get six minutes on the track once the first car takes the green flag.
2:55 p.m. -- Final practice is complete. Ranger finished as the fastest car with a quick lap of 55.721 seconds. He was followed by Miguel Paludo, Whitt, Moffitt and Kobyluck. PRACTICE TIMES
2:30 p.m. -- Ranger is atop the speed chart with 25 minutes left in practice.
2:10 p.m. -- K&N Pro Series East final practice is underway.
11:25 a.m. -- First practice is complete for the K&N Pro Series East. Brett Moffitt finished as the fastest car. The best of his 10 laps was 56.679 seconds (97.179 mph). He was followed by Cole Whitt, Truex, Jaosn Holehouse and Andrew Ranger. PRACTICE TIMES
11:15 a.m. -- With 10 minutes remaining, Truex remains the fastest of 24 cars that have been out.
11:05 a.m. -- Looks like an engine change for Pena.
11 a.m. -- Ryan Truex has posted the fastest lap so far.
10:55 a.m. -- Sergio Pena has come off the track with apparent mechanical issues. The green flag for practice is now back out.
10:50 a.m. -- Full course caution for debris on the track.
10:40 a.m. -- First practice is open to competitors.
8:30 a.m. -- There are 28 cars unloaded in the K&N Pro Series East garage.
