SHERWOOD PARK, Alberta, Canada -- Noel Dowler, driver of the No. 5 EMCO Dodge and EMCO Corporation have reached a multiyear partnership agreement that will see Dowler competing in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series in 2012 and beyond.
