NASCAR Opinion Leader Initiative

Established in 2007 the NASCAR Opinion Leader Initiative (NOLI) builds greater awareness, participation, and support of NASCAR in key race markets by connecting diverse businesses, civic organizations, and community leaders. Through various exclusive events and at-track immersion experiences shared among diverse and influential networks, NOLI seeks to build sustainable partnerships and NASCAR advocates while highlighting NASCAR’s diversity programs.
