Tucson Speedway, also referred to as the “Track too tough to die,” is a 3.8-mile paved oval located in the desert of Tucson, Arizona. It was resilient throughout the 1990’s while hosting the Racing Champions 200, NASCAR’s second Craftsman Truck Series race in 1995. The speedway experienced several upgrades before re-opening in 2013.
- Was known as Tucson Raceway Park in 1993 and Raven Speedway from 1968-93.
- Was built in 1968 and was originally clay.
- The track was closed in 2010 and re-opened in 2013.
- Re-joined the Whelen All-American Series in 2014.
